Motherhood has been my greatest joy and my deepest sorrow. Grief for the child I created in my head while pregnant and immense love for the child that is mine. I spent a long time wishing to be a Mom so I understand the pain that comes with this day. And facing all the unknowns at the beginning of his life gave me a glance inside the gut-wrenching sorrow that must come with losing a child. So on this day hug your momma, kiss your babies and remember all the ones that find this day to be difficult.
